Add test to check dependency resolution applies the same against a non
default version loaded whether module load/prereq is used to declared
and whatever the auto_handling module enabled.
Handling was different between module load and prereq prior
c50e2ba7d3. Which fixes #228.
Added tests also check behavior against advanced module version
specifier.
