fffbed53bc Add a ZipFileLoader, which can let us load any single-file file type from a zip.
Useful for loading framedumps from github without manually having to
unzip each one, for example.

e01ca5b057 Logging API change (refactor) (#19324)
* Rename LogType to Log

* Explicitly use the Log:: enum when logging. Allows for autocomplete when editing.

* Mac/ARM64 buildfix

* Do the same with the hle result log macros

* Rename the log names to mixed case while at it.

* iOS buildfix

* Qt buildfix attempt, ARM32 buildfix

d4dedeeeb8 Detect ISO files from file contents if extensions are wrong.
On older Android versions (that still support Android Storage
Framework), filenames are not always preserved in Content URIs, they can
look like .../msf:342 and things like that. So identify a few more file
types by content if filename identification fails.

3e73ce87ee Path: Check for PSP case insensitively.
This allows a game to look up ms0:/psp/ eve with the PSP special case path
handling.

More directory browsing progress

More Scoped Storage hackery. Can now browse to a folder and use PPSSPP's game browser to load ISOs from it.

Remove the defunct fdopendir approach. Buildfixes.

4f43cff5ca Move fileutil, net, image loaders, ui to Common. (#13506)
* Move and rename file_util/fd_util to Common/File/FileUtil and DirListing

Let's also move net while we're at it.

Move the ZIM/PNG loaders over to Common.
